What is this cookbook about?
This cookbook was designed to help you reach your fitness goals more effortlessly so that you can sustain your progress long term. I created meals that are easy to make and taste incredibly delicious so that you don't feel like you're dieting. The biggest issue with weight loss is we put ourselves in a box of believing we need to cut out food groups and eat chicken, rice, and veggies because that's just what we've always been told.. when in reality following that restrictive style of dieting will keep you on the yo-yo forever. We should be eating meals we thoroughly enjoy so we can enjoy life and reach our fitness goals at the same time. Let's hop off the yo-yo and EAT GOOD FOOD!

Recipes range from 2 minutes up to an hour. Most of the recipes can be made in 20 minutes or less.
8. How difficult are the recipes to make?
All of the recipes are beginner friendly.
9. Are all the ingredients measured in grams?
Every ingredient has a grams measurement as well as a tbs/tsp/cups measurement. There is also an explanation why I prefer to measure in cups on the FAQ page of the cookbook.
